The arduino programming session in the engineering workshop

Hobbyist's getting the concepts

Mugiluri Anthony leading the group on Arduino

Several presentations took place on this day. It was actually the prototype of what was going to take place on each and every Thursday of the semester at noon. Members were oriented on the arduino micro-controller and its kit. They came to realize its different parts and its capabilities in terms of functionality. They were overwhelmed and won't wait for the next sessions so that they could now do it by themselves.

SHOWING UP OF MEMBERS
It was successful and more than 30 members showed up in that meeting. We did the blinking of LED's to acquaint some of the members who had never used the arduino. Some of the terms mensioned were arduino programming, c programming, raspberry Pi programming and the Udo board.

ANSWERING OF QUESTIONS
Many queries were put across both for the arduino and the sessions understanding. Every question was duly answered and order maintained by Bob Raphton Afwata the Chairman.

  1. How did I not hear of this? I'm a 5th year electrical engineering student interested in arduino actually using it in my final year project this would have been very helpful!"

    1. We always meet every Thursday at the engineering workshop from 4-5pm. Making it more interesting, we are also going to use the Intel Galileo in our presentation projects.
